Wonder Boy Cosplay

So, okay I know this isn't an illustration but it's my first serious cosplay! I made the costume myself (with some help from my mom and my awesome roommates Ilana and Mady) and I'm really proud of it.

If ya can't tell who the heck I'm supposed to be, I'm Hank Venture as Wonder Boy from the Venture Brothers.

I wore this at New York Comic Con this year. Not a lot of people could figure out who I was (I got a lot of "Rainbow Bright's" and "Gay Robins") But when people did know, they got excited...and I feel I should mention Doc and Jackson complimented me on it during the Q and A portion of "Let's All Smoking!"

Some Dans Just Wanna Watch The World Burn

I love that Dan is a pint size arsonist.

I Can't Believe How Much I HATE EVERYTHING

Dan Vs. is the best show to draw fan art for when you're having a bad week.

Dan Vs Being Man Handled

More Dan Vs. Fanart! I just love the size difference between Dan and Chris. So cute!

My silly fanart belongs to me, however.

Dan Vs. Chris' Lower Back Pain

More Dan Vs. Fanart - I really love the comedic dynamic between Dan and Chris. With a show like Dan Vs, it's pretty easy to get TOO mean spirited to the point where the joke isn't funny anymore and you're left with characters you despise. But Dan and Chris always seem to maintain this balance between mean-spirited comedy and heart-warming, touching moments between two friends. It's really refreshing to see!

Plus, Curtis Armstrong and Dave Foley are HILARIOUS and really talented voice actors!

Dan Vs Fanart

Dan of "Dan Vs." Might be one of my favorite cartoon characters of all time. Considering the show is centered around him being angry at things, he's oddly unique and well rounded!

I don't know many other cartoon characters that have a love of Shakespeare and literature, a love for cats, and a severe allergy to dairy as well as a psychotic rage towards every day mild annoyances.
